There are many dermat clinics in Chennai, Kaya being one among the leading ones, I decided to give it a try. I started with a Kaya clinic closer to my house but was not satisfied with the results. Thereafter I switched the sessions with Kaya clinic, Adyar n I m glad that I did so! The clinic is well equipped, the staff is great in their dealings with clients n the Doctor is highly knowledgeful, a thorough professional. The best thing about Kaya clinic Adyar is that they are following all protocols n safety measures during this pandamic. I convey my sincere thanks to Dr Bala n his team for doing great work in the field of dermatology, u are truely leading ur team with such high standards. I’ve been going to Kaya for sometime now, at first I was very hesitant and in borderline panic mode to get anything done but slowly and quickly the staffs especially, Rachna and Dr. Shruti eased me into the whole process .the one thing I truly appreciated was how open and honest the doctor was with me and how she never hesitated even a second before answering my questions and there were many 😊 I come from a lot of years of bearing pimple scars but not even once they pushed me into doing any expensive procedures or making me believe that they would perform miracles or mocking my scars in anyway. It’s a relief when you find such people and to know that you’re in safe hands . It’s a safe place for women to get a consult and the right procedures done, I’m happy I did 🥰🥰

I was not happy with treatment here and was about to find a new dermatologist until October of 2020 when Dr. Bala started his schedule with this place. He asked me to give him four weeks and miracle did he do with my skin. With his advised routine and recommended treatment, my skin has become very healthy and the original glow is back. I would recommend Dr Bala to anyone who is looking for a healthier and cleaner skin without going through series of dietary restrictions (I was asked to avoid dairy and processed sugar completely by previous dermatologist so I can understand the pain). He also never pushed unnecessary products and procedures which I am very grateful for.
It definitely helps if the staff is kind and helpful as well.

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months now, and I must say the team here is doing a brilliant job. I’ve been availing their laser hair removal services, and my experience has been excellent so far. Both Swetha and Ananthi have been incredibly professional, patient, and friendly throughout every session. Very happy with the service at this branch- I have had 4 laser sessions for the face and the results have been very good. The last 2 sessions have been conducted by Senthamarai who was fantastic, I was a little nervous but she was very friendly and patient during the process, always checking to make sure I was ready and letting me know how many lines remained if she saw I was feeling discomfort. She took special care when treating sensitive parts of my face and I have had less post treatment redness because of it. Highly recommend requesting for her if possible!

I am very happy with my results so far..I've had about a total of 4 sessions now..Ashmitha who’s done the procedure for me..Thank you Ashmitha.about 60% of hair growth reduced..can’t wait to see the results after 6 sessions..In terms of a pain levels, it also depends where you're treating and how thick your hair is. The sting feel was there through out the procedure..They will likely rub aloe on you to soothe the burn, and after a few days your hair will fall out..If permanent hair removal is something you care about and think could work for you, it's definitely worth it..Thank you Kaya.

I remember 10 years ago when I walked into kaya adyar for a trial LHR. 6 sessions and I’ve never had to shave my legs since. I went back for a maintenance session recently and I think they’ve actually improved since. The ambience was nicer, service was excellent. And most importantly, the treatment was very effective. I have to mention that I did try another place last year because it was closer to home but it was an utter waste of money. I haven’t tried other treatments but I might give it a shot sometime.

Been visited Kaya adyar for a few months. The clinic is very nice and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. The doctor always tries his best to answer all of the queries. i opted for their signature package of kaya facial as well as their products (cleanser, sunscreen, soaps etc.).The facials are very good, relaxing and make your skin smooth and bright. Will certainly avail other services in the future. My sister also has had Botox done by the Doctor and she was amazed with the results in no time.

Mine was a pleasant experience. As soon you enter the reception area, you know you're at those safe hands for what you have come. The staff is usually very kind and welcoming, and how can I forget the Kaya drink :-) my favorite. Oh! well, the girl, her name was Kothai. She is my go-to girl for my 'Everyday Radiance', and she does a fabulous job at keeping me informed of every procedure she performs during a facial on me. Neat, Clean and Calm atmosphere with these friendly women around makes me feel worthy of my salt.

I am undergoing treatment for Double chin reduction with Kaya Adyar. Two sittings had been done and there is big difference physically on the chin area.
I got proper explanation and concept about the procedure from the Doctor initially. The progress is monitored by comparing the photos before and after and I got complete guidance during these periods.
The Staffs are very kind and good Skill.

Great service @kaya Skin Clinic Adyar. Clean sessions, the practitioners made me very comfortable and safe. They always wear PPE and maintain safety protocols. The equipment and sheets are sanitary and disposable. Really puts a customer at ease during these times.

Job. She was very patient with me. She understood the requirement and did a very good job on reducing pigmentation. There was significant tanning but Dr Shruti is an expert and very true to her profession and did a very well treatment. Many thanks to you. Kaya is one of the best skin clinics
